We had the largest turnout yet for our annual tech session in Dave’s toy box. Thirty people arrived including Bill Shields from Carriage Craft, Mike Engard from Ragtops and Roadsters, and the Two Georges from Rakafish. Lee Wesner even arrived in a Tuxedo to add a little class to our event. Paul Phillips was learning how to put seat padding and upholstery on the frames of his MGA, Warren Doerner was learning the joys of a relay kit to enhance the lighting on his MGB, Dave Johnston was finding ways to keep the undercarriage tighter on his MGB, and others were reviewing the Project cars for Sale as well as all the other cars (as we know they’re all project cars really!). Paul Holl was given an “O”ward for receiving notice for his beautiful car in Wildwood last summer. Bill Mcurdie came up with a great idea to sell Lift Tickets, but they were not very well received. (thanks anyway Bill). I’d like to thank all who attended and brought food, and would list them but my computer isn’t big enough. Looking forward to next year’s event.
